Processing - Handmade with Care

All our items are made to order. Our standard processing time is 1–2 working days, which is the time required to carefully create your customised gift before dispatch. This timeframe cannot be shortened, as we are committed to maintaining the quality and presentation of every item.​

 

Important: Choosing Tracked 24 does not mean your order will arrive the next day after placing it. Processing time still applies before dispatch.

Standard delivery - Tracked 48 -  From £3.45

Express delivery - Tracked 24 -  From £4.40

My item hasn’t arrived:

Please check the tracking details included in your dispatch email (sometimes these can land in your junk/spam folder). If delivery has been attempted, Royal Mail will usually leave a card with a tracking number and instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If no card has been left but delivery has been attempted, you can use the tracking number (in your dispatch email) to rearrange delivery online. Occasionally, items can go missing in the post. If you haven’t received your order, please email us at daniella@beatriceandbarley.co.uk with your order number and confirmation of your delivery address, and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Returns:

Every item we create is carefully customised and personalised just for you. As a small business, we take great pride in the attention to detail and love that goes into each and every gift. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake with your customisation. If this happens, please get in touch with us straight away and we’ll work with you to put things right. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we promise to do our very best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
